Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. To restore them on a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID and keep iCloud on for Half Screen. For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Advertising reports

To report an ad, email a Half Screen Ad Report and include:

• when and where the ad appeared;
• why it was inappropriate or not age-appropriate;
• the advertiser or product name;
• a screenshot, if you have one.

We review every report and block or report qualifying ads through the ad provider.
